Grow! Grow! Grow!

That has been the mantra as the students have been planting garden beds, seeds, and other activities throughout this school year. Isn’t it fun to watch plants grow and develop over time? We feel the same thing watching our students grow and develop throughout the use of our programs.

GroundWorks Connect is not a one time activity. It is a resource that can be used over many grade levels. It prepares students not only on present agricultural challenges and education, but also provides impact towards our future.

What students learn today shapes how they see themselves, the community, and the world. That knowledge gives them the tools they need to continue to be members contributing in a positive way into society. Through our programs students can prepare for careers and other opportunities not only in agriculture, but in adjacent fields as well that they may never have known about before. Our programs teach responsibility, and how their actions as one person can affect the whole community!

We like to focus on thinking forward. The knowledge we are gifting these students today will carry them to adulthood and beyond! GroundWorks Connect is passionate about giving students and teachers tools for today's education and tomorrow's.
